Work is in progress on this jetty replacing old and rusted traditional ball standard handrail with a double rail Interclamp key clamp guardrail.
The previous system had fallen victim to the harsh environment created by sea and salty air. Interclamp fittings are hop dipped galvanised to AS/NZS 4680:2006 and feature a secondary coating to enhance corrosion protection, making it the perfect product for this environment.
As an added precaution the Interclamp fittings and tube were powdered coated in a distinctive safety yellow for increased visibility and added corrosion protection.
