Interclamp tube clamp fittings were chosen to construct the balconies and walkway guardrails for this student accommodation block in Switzerland.
The clamp fittings were assembled on-site with just a simple hex key making it easy to transport the tube and components into difficult access areas compared to traditional prefabricated structures.
As no welding is required this eliminated the need for bulky welding equipment and greatly reduced the installation time.
Our standard modular safety post system has been designed to help in compliance with Australian Handrail Standard AS 1647-2018.
The tube and fittings for this project were finished in an optional powder coated red over the standard high quality galvanised finish.
